Wicked Burger Company - Client Booking Process for Outdoor Catering Events
1. Initial Client Enquiry
Clients can reach out to us through various channels:

Required Information:
o Date of event
o Time of event
o Location of event
o Number of attendees
o Food units required (e.g., burgers, icecream, coffee, thai, Greek etc.) and
quantity of each
o Whether it's a corporate event or private event
o If corporate: What % concession is required, if any
o If not corporate: What is the client’s budget
o For multi-day events: Whether we are allowed to leave our unit up on site the
night before
2. Review & Check Availability
After receiving the client’s enquiry, our team will:
o Check the availability of the requested date and the required food units
o Ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet the event requirements
If everything aligns, we will move forward with the next steps.
3. Client Confirmation & Deposit Request
We will contact the client to confirm:
o Availability of the requested date and food units
o If required, an upfront deposit based on the type of event (corporate or
private)
4. Documentation Preparation
Once the event is confirmed, we will:
o Provide the client with any requested documentation, including:
Health & Safety certifications
Risk Assessments
Insurance documents
Food Hygiene certificates
Additionally, we will request a point of contact from the client for the day of the event to
ensure smooth communication.
5. Event Day Preparation & On-Site Service
On the day of the event, our team will:
o Arrive at the event location ahead of time for setup
o Set up the food units and ensure everything is ready before guests arrive
o Handle all aspects of the event, including cooking, serving, cleaning, and
managing waste disposal
Our team will ensure that the event runs smoothly and the client’s guests are satisfied.
6. Event Completion & Outstanding Payments
After the event:
o We will ensure the site is cleaned up and that all rubbish is disposed of
properly
o In the days following the event, we will reach out to the client to clear any
outstanding payments
The process concludes once all payments are received, and we ensure the client is happy
with our service.
